Elaine Burns B.A. PGCE. D.O - Elaine has amassed experience in, and encountered, a diverse range of musculoskeletal injuries and problems.

Elaine qualified from the London School of Osteopathy in 1997.

“I have been a practicing Osteopath for 16 years and have amassed experience in, and encountered, a diverse range of musculoskeletal injuries and problems. My particular interest during the last few years has focused on Osteoporosis and its medical management. I am keen to collaborate with other therapy disciplines where it benefits the patients under my care. Since moving here I have taken adult ballet classes, enjoyed a short university course on Medieval Women, and am at present having fun taking dressmaking for beginners. In addition I have been able to use my specialist teacher qualification to help children with their dyslexia and other learning difficulties.”

Originally from Surrey, Elaine relocated to Glasgow in 2014 and has since been settling her family into their new life here, working with Dyslexia Action Glasgow as a tutor and working part time as an Osteopath. Elaine will be available at the clinic in Bearsden offering her excellent Osteopathic skills all day on Mondays and on Friday mornings.

Standard osteopathy treatments are usually for 40 minutes: £45 per treatment.
